Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Datahase Dev Private Limited. By creating an account, accepting a family invitation, or consenting to participate through WhatsApp, you agree to the parts of these terms that apply to you. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
Who may use Wrynkle
You must be at least 18 to create or hold an account. You must confirm this when you sign up. A parent who participates only through WhatsApp does not need an app account, but must personally agree to the WhatsApp connection.
Organizer responsibilities
- Invite only people who should have access to the family circle.
- Give relatives only the read, assist, or organizer access they need.
- Connect only a parent who has agreed to take part. Entering their number is not consent.
- Keep family details, reminders, contacts, and audiences accurate.
- Respect a parent's STOP reply, privacy choices, and requests about their data.
The service and what it is not
Wrynkle lets an adult organizer create a private family circle in the mobile app, invite relatives with read or assist access, connect a consenting parent on WhatsApp, keep voice-note transcripts, and coordinate reminders, check-ins, and family responses to help requests.
Wrynkle is not:
- a medical service, and it does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice;
- an emergency, rescue, dispatch, monitoring, or safety service;
- a guarantee that a reminder, check-in, alert, or other message will arrive at a particular time; or
- proof that somebody is safe because they replied, acknowledged a message, or did not ask for help.
Help requests notify only the authorized family members selected to receive them. They never contact emergency services. If somebody may be in danger, contact local emergency services directly.
Accounts and security
Give accurate account information, protect your sign-in details and devices, and tell us promptly if you believe somebody has used your account without permission. You are responsible for activity through your account unless it resulted from a failure on our side. We may ask you to verify your identity before restoring access or acting on a sensitive request.
Family circles, roles, and invitations
A family circle is private. Organizers manage members, invitations, and access. A relative may receive read access or assist access; neither gives them automatic access to every record. Several organizers may be allowed, but the last organizer cannot leave or be demoted until another organizer is in place.
Invitations are single-use, expire after 7 days, and are tied to the invited email address. Do not forward an invitation or use one meant for somebody else. Access can be removed, and Wrynkle checks current permission when protected content is opened or used.
WhatsApp participation
Wrynkle connects a parent only after an approved consent message is delivered to the expected WhatsApp number and the parent replies YES. Replies such as STOP withdraw or refuse consent. A fresh consent flow is required to reconnect or change the number.
Scheduled reminders and check-ins may use message templates approved by Meta. WhatsApp messages are also subject to Meta's and WhatsApp's applicable terms, availability, and delivery rules. Wrynkle cannot control provider or network delays.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- use Wrynkle without a person's consent or pretend to be somebody else;
- invite, monitor, harass, threaten, exploit, or mislead another person;
- upload unlawful, harmful, or rights-infringing content;
- try to access another circle, account, message, or system without permission;
- interfere with security, delivery, service limits, or the official WhatsApp connection; or
- use Wrynkle as a substitute for medical care, emergency help, or safety monitoring.
Content and licence
Your family keeps ownership of the voice notes, transcripts, corrections, photos, contact details, and other content it provides. You confirm that you have the right to provide content and share it with the audience you select.
You give Wrynkle a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, transmit, transcribe, classify, display, and delete that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service you requested. This licence ends when the content is deleted, apart from limited backup, provider, audit, or legal copies described in the Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions
Wrynkle has a Free plan today. We may offer one Premium family plan later through Apple's App Store and Google Play. Any price, included features, renewal terms, cancellation choices, and refund rules will be shown before purchase and will also be subject to the relevant store's terms. Privacy rights will not depend on buying Premium.
Termination
You may stop using Wrynkle, leave a circle where the organizer rules allow it, withdraw WhatsApp consent, or request account deletion. We may suspend or end access when needed to protect people or the service, comply with law, investigate misuse, or address a serious breach of these terms. Where practical, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact us.
Ending an account does not automatically delete records owned jointly or needed by another family member. We verify ownership and authority before removing shared records.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
We work to keep Wrynkle available and accurate, but speech transcription, classification, internet connections, WhatsApp, mobile networks, push notifications, and scheduled delivery can fail, arrive late, or be incomplete. Review important information and use another way to contact family when timing or safety matters.
To the extent permitted by the laws of India, Wrynkle is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by matters outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that the law does not allow us to exclude, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or gross negligence.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a concern arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it fairly. If we cannot, the courts that have jurisdiction under the laws of India may hear the dispute. Any consumer rights that apply to you remain available.
Changes
We may update these terms when the service or law changes. We will publish the updated date and give clear notice before a material change takes effect. If a change requires new consent, we will ask for it.
