How Wrynkle works

Three people, three different experiences, one private family record.

For the organizer (in the app)

Create an account with your email; confirm it from the link we send.
Create a family circle and give it a name and timezone.
Invite relatives by email. Each invitation is single-use, works for 7 days, and is tied to that email address.
Choose what each relative can do: view what is shared, help with it, or organise the family.
Add family contacts, a doctor, a neighbour, that the family can call. Wrynkle never calls or messages them.
Connect your parent: enter their name and WhatsApp number. Wrynkle sends one consent message.

You receive one message from Wrynkle on behalf of your family. Reply YES to agree, or STOP to say no.
After agreeing, send voice notes whenever you like, in Malayalam, English or a mix.
You may receive reminders and check-ins your family set up, and confirmations of what you sent.
Reply STOP at any time. Wrynkle stops processing and sending immediately and tells you so.
You never need to install an app or create an account.

It is received through the official WhatsApp Business Platform and stored privately.
It is transcribed and classified only as: memory, reminder, check-in reply, help request, or unclear.
Unclear or sensitive items go to a family member for review. Nothing acts on its own, a person confirms every reminder before it is scheduled.
The original recording is kept for a short period and then removed; the transcript stays until the family deletes it.
A help request notifies the family members who opted in. It never contacts emergency services.
